Accessing Essential Aid: Bankruptcy Forms Preparation Assistance

How Our Mission Works:

**  SUSTAINING TIER – $200**   

A flat fee of $200 prepares your Chapter 7 forms. Your payment also helps provide this service for FREE to a neighbor in need. ·   

SPONSORED TIER – $0  

 If you are homeless, you qualify to have your Chapter 7 bankruptcy forms prepared for you completely free of charge. 

 Important Information on Costs: 

 We help with the paperwork, but there are associated court costs to file:

Court Filing Fee: ~$338 

Credit Counseling Courses: Two required courses cost approx~$50 

 GOOD NEWS: If your income qualifies, you may be eligible for a waiver of the court filing fee and reduced-fee or waived counseling courses. We can guide you on how to check your eligibility for these waivers.
